Safety and Training

Safety and training are priorities at Castlestone Construction Corp. We conduct weekly meetings with our office and on-site personnel to keep them informed of the latest safety requirements, rules and regulations, and technologies in the construction industry.

On-Site Personnel:

Our on-site personnel are up to date on all of the latest OSHA requirements and licenses. Due to the constant changes of the construction industry, we require all of our on-site personnel to attend weekly meetings to ensure that they are up to date on all of the rules and regulations of this industry. Prior to starting each workday a safety checklist is conducted at each site to ensure the safety of all of our employees.

Office Personnel:

Our office personnel are constantly updated on the latest construction software to help streamline our administrative tasks. We take pride in continuing education for our office personnel on various areas of the construction industry such as estimating, scheduling, planning, construction documents, and more.
